• Rating Cards represent individual Play Assessments. These assessments are “Rolled” into Trip records based on the definition of a Trip.

• A Trip can be defined as a period of time from 1 hr to 24 hrs.

  • Example: A player may be rated 3 or more times (at the same or different table) within a two hour period. If the Trip Duration is defined as 2 or more hours, one trip record will be generated for the three ratings.

• The Comp Worth for that Rating is automatically calculated after key information is entered.

• Data to enter includes: Date, Start/End Time, Cash In, Chips In, $ Out, Average Bet, Table Number, Game Speed, Rating Employee and Dealer.

• All Customized Information is made available via drop down lists.

• Ratings can be entered in manually, OR paper based rating cards can be eliminated by using ERate.
